World Zionist Congress UK Elections 2025

For the first time in many years, you have the opportunity to vote in World Zionist Congress elections in the UK. The UK will send 19 delegates to the World Zionist Congress taking place from 28th to 30th October 2025.

JLM is partnering with our friends at Meretz UK to run as the Jewish Labour - Meretz: For A Democratic Israel slate, so we can increase our representation at the congress. This will only happen with a big turnout at these elections from our members.

We need your help by registering to vote in these elections - registrations begins on Tuesday 8 April and closes on Tuesday 13 May.

The challenge at these elections could not be clearer. The ultra-orthodox and right-wing parties are mobilising to halt Israel's pluralism, tear up its democracy, expand the settlements and do everything in their power to stop a two-state solution.

The modern WZC is billed as the “parliament of the Jewish people.” It allocates $1 billion annually to the World Zionist Organization, Keren Kayemet LeYisrael, The Jewish National Fund, and the Jewish Agency for Israel. The right-wing want to use this budget to fund their illiberal causes, and we have to stop them.

Now is the time to put our values into practice and vote for what we believe in - a democratic, pluralist and progressive Israel.
