Education is key to challenging antisemitism and creating a welcoming environment for Jewish members in the Labour Party. We have developed Antisemitism Awareness Education to address this. So far, we've delivered it to over 2000 members of the Labour Party, the Parliamentary Labour Party, Labour's NEC and staff.
You can book an Antisemitism Awareness Education session for your Constituency Party or Labour Group. Delivered in person by our experienced trainers, the session lasts two hours and will cover:
- What does the UK's Jewish community look like?
- Incidents of antisemitism in the UK and the world today
- How does antisemitism manifest
- The experience of Jewish members of the Labour Party
- Making the Labour Party a welcoming environment for Jewish members and building bridges with the Jewish community
To arrange for JLM to deliver our Antisemitism Awareness Education session to your Constituency Labour Party or Labour Group, please use our new booking platform. A member of the JLM team will confirm your booking. Please note that your session is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
JLM also offers Antisemitism Awareness Education for University Labour Clubs. This is in partnership with the Union of Jewish Students; these sessions will have a trainer from both JLM and UJS. You can book this session through UJS here.
