Ella is the National Chair of the Jewish Labour Movement, having previously served as Interim Chair, Vice Chair, Equalities Officer and National Director. She is the Councillor for Whetstone in the London Borough of Barnet, where she is also a school Governor. She also serves as a trustee of KeshetUK, having previously been a trustee of Yachad, the London Jewish Forum and the Union of Jewish Students.
