Ella is the Equalities Officer for the Jewish Labour Movement, having served as National Director between 2016 and 2018. She is the Councillor for Whetstone in the London Borough of Barnet and the Co-Chair of LGBT+ Labour London. She is a graduate of the Jo Cox Women in Leadership Programme, trustee of the London Jewish Forum and a former President of the Union of Jewish Students.
